- How would you describe your prayer life?
- What are the hardest things about prayer for you?
- How might focusing on God rather than on prayer be the best way to grow your prayer life? (Recall the examples of being focused on a person rather than on the conversation or on the road ahead rather than on the windshield)
- In Luke 11:1-4, Jesus begins to teach His disciples how to pray. He begins by inviting them to address God as, “Our Father.” How is the gospel tucked into the opening line of the Lord’s prayer?
- If you believed that God was really your Father and you were really His child, how might that affect your prayer life?
